At Jansen Piano Benches, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our premium seating. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your bench in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate a Return Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Securely Repack Your Bench
Place the bench back in its original protective packaging and reinforced shipping box to ensure it is not damaged during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and attach the provided shipping label or use a carrier of your choice with tracking.
Receive Your Refund
Once our workshop inspects the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
